Evaluation is an essential part when assessing what a student already know, doesn't know and recently learned. Most of the time I refer to the coursebook I am using because it provides sufficient activities to be done. Although, sometimes I must supplement the speaking part because most students wants to know their improvement and areas to enhance more. On the other hand, I have also tried taking IELTS exam when I was younger. I needed this for my plans in working abroad. I think this type of exam really made a point on how important every skill is. It also made me see how important balancing 4 skills when teaching.
