I didn't particularly find this unit helpful. It seemed like it was mostly just testing me on the order of Engage, study and activate. I think it's important to understand what each aspect is and why it's important to target all three aspects in teaching. But when it comes down to it in the classroom, teaching english as a foreign language, I don't think I will be too worried about which order of these I will do. I am mostly concerned about getting out my lesson before the classroom gets bored or loses control. Maybe with a more organized and controlled school and classroom and students this would be more effective.
