This unit was about how to manage a class, including the position of a teacher in the class, how to arrange a class, how to prevent and deal with discipline problems, how to organize students in groups, how to give individual attention and how to allow all students to get student talk time. What I feel I learned from this unit is how to act in the class as a teacher, which gestures should be used and which shouldn't, when to talk and how to do it, and so on. I also feel that I learned how to organize students into groups, to give students attention when they need it, or what to do when there are discipline problems.
