From the last two months of tefl course, I have learnt so much that I am confident and prepared to go to the next level in putting it into practice and get practical training in teaching english with all that I have worked on and learnt so far from this course. Here are some that I have personally gained from this course: 1. Learnt about, what is expected from a teacher and what is required to teach in different levels of teaching a class? 2. How to be positive and be prepared for a class. 3. How to write lesson plans and be attentive to the needs of the student. 4. To be polite and to be prepared, and be adaptive to the level of the students language skills. 5. Learnt the different levels and classification of students who learn english and the challenges in it. 6. How to deal with issues and crisis if it comes up in the class and the troubleshooting techniques. 7. Brushed up my grammar skills, and learnt new techniques and skills in teaching grammar to others. In order to put everything that I have learnt, I am planning to put into practice by teaching my family and friends and then apply for a job that would best suit me and my place of work. Planned to do my business english teaching Course in a week or two and then pursue a career in teaching Voice and accent to indian Clients with a program to help them get trained in english grammar skills and tune their english speaking skills with a neutral accent for the recipients to understand better. Eventually go into teaching adults and young learner around the globe.
