I have found the thorough introduction to the world of TESL to be fascinating, challenging, and rewarding. I?ve enjoyed working with theory as well as with the knowledge-based content, while also reveling in being in the role of ?receiver? as opposed to being the ?giver? of information and ideas. I?ve already used some gems that I have acquired through my lessons and was warmly pleased when my students (non-ESL) responded in a positive fashion. I am very pleased to have been given so many sites, games, and books that I can study and use, and would like to thank you for making that a part of the course. I?ve learned a great deal, and I know that I will have many opportunities to use what I learned, as much is valid for use in any classroom.
