From this course I have learned how hard grammar can be for none native speakers and the many tools, exercises and games one can use to conduct a successful class. I have learned how to write a lesson plan that will help me teach a class and preempt trouble spots for both students and myself. I have learned the many external factors that affect the teaching of a class and how to minimize them. I have also learned how to balance the use of worksheets, course books and other materials to keep a lesson interesting for both the students and myself. I hope to volunteer my skills as an english teacher and native speaker, to teach slum/underprivileged children/adults in Delhi how to speak english, to improve their lives and future careers.
