Honestly this is rather difficult session to comprehend. Understanding and practicing of the phonetic alphabets with pronunciation is rather challenging. This unit also highlighted the importance of getting students to learn the correct pronunciation of English words. Pronunciation includes correct intonation and stressing on the right syllables. The unit also covered the teaching pronunciation using the intonation and appropriate stresses. Varies components of the mouth makes the different sounds and thus students need to use the correct part of the mouth to make the correct sound. - need lots of practice in getting the correct pronunciation of English words.
