This unit focused on the important element of teaching pronunciation, articulation, and stress within the English language. The unit highlighted the phonetic alphabet, best practices for teaching articulation of the language, and helpful diagrams showing the various physical requirements for speaking various words. It was helpful to remember how articulation and stress within words and sentences can completely change the meaning of even one word or a whole sentence.
