The contrasting lessons provided a great visual of what to do and what not to do. It is easy to see in the second lesson that when a teacher goes into a class with the right attitude, the lesson flows much better. In the second lesson, the focus was clearly on the students and what they needed to learn the material. In the first lesson, the teacher did not act as if he was there for the students. He was the late, hurried, and not clear on any instructions he gave. He was also rude when the students answered incorrectly. The second lesson provides a great starting point for how to plan future lessons.
