This unit gives a very good example of ESA lesson. There are two examples of the same lesson - one with a very positive atmosphere and another with confusion and inefficiency. During the first lesson, the teacher looks rude, unprepared and non motivating. He does not introduce himself and does not know the names of the students. He can not correct the mistakes and errors in a right way and does not speak clearly. Therefore, the students look confused. The second lesson is more effective, because the teacher is positive and manages the class very well. He knows how to encourage and motivate students. He explains everything very clearly and use simple language. In conclusion, these two videos shows, that the attitude of the teacher is very important. If the teacher is prepared and has good attitude, the lesson will be more successful and the students will be motivated to learn much more.
