I feel that I have gained an enormous wealth of information from this course. Firstly on the point of grammar, I have found a new interest in the different aspects of the english language and how it is put together. By revising the different parts of grammar and trying to find the best way of putting them across to the students in a way that they will best understand the target language, I have been inspired to want to put together a programme of fun, enjoyable, easily understandable lessons for each aspect of grammar. The information that I have gained on teaching methods and practice has opened a new want/need to put into practice what I have learned and to continue researching ways to be able to do it better/more effectively. I am going to apply to the local language schools for a teaching position for the next couple of years and then we will be moving to Paphos in Cypress, where as far as I have been able to find out, there are as yet no english language schools, so possibly take that road that no-one has yet taken.
