I gained a lot form this course. It was useful to refresh memory about things you come across every lesson. I particularly enjoyed lessons about Theories, methods and techniques, Managing classes and Troubleshooting. I got an idea of those while doing a TKT course, but in these units everything was so well explained that after studying them I started using the knowledge in my classes and it helped me greatly to improve my teaching and make my classes more interesting, consistent and well managed, now I'm having less problems.
