As a university advisor for education development and research, as well as for assessment and accreditation, quality control is of prime importance. Thus, it has been a pleasure, though of limited time, to have completed the 20 units of this course. As I await the practice sessions in thailand, I can definitely say that the course is well-organized, helped by an assigned trainer who obviously has real experience in teaching ESL.
