I?ve gained a lot more vocabulary when it comes to english terminology. My understanding of english hasn?t exactly been academic, so learning many of these things can be useful for me in the future with my students. I plan to refer back to these things in my lessons in class. On the teaching side, I didn?t learn a lot from this course, but mostly because I already have a teaching degree. A lot of this was a refresher on those aspects. Some of the differences between normal teaching and TEFL stood out and I?ve already begun applying them to my classes.
