Classroom management is the skills and technique used by teachers to ensure classroom run smoothly without disruptive behaviour from students. When the management skills executed effectively, it minimise the disruptive behaviour from student to learn and maximising the behaviour to facilitate or enhanced learning experience. In general, effective teachers tend to shown more strong class management skills, while the less effective or inexperience one tend to shown class disorder or classroom filled with students not paying attention. I am working as a preschool teacher, we need to understand what are the students thinking, and the characters they have. As time goes-by, classroom management skill become more smoothly, we are able to perform target teaching. Classroom management is the basic of kindergarten daily routine, it also take the largest percent from school’s life. If there are problems arise, students will be whining and parents will complain, teachers’s work will be disrupted too. To establish a regular routine in school, slowly guide students to learn self-management, some unnecessary issue will not happened. Sometime students able to do it by themselves, through teacher always give them hands. So we have to find some training for students to establish good habit, they have got exercise while teacher are able to relived some more. To find student potential, in school routine life we always face variety problems and situation, sometimes subjective judgement leads teacher to misunderstand students they did something wrong. For instance, handing problem with denied and criticised method, students will not be understood and accepted, the result of management also unsatisfied. Our job is to find out spot light of the student and encourage them to be better person. Understand that every student is unique, as they grow they might have influence from life experience, individual emotional and health situation, teacher familiar with every student without standard measure, to request them and observe their differences, encourage them to express their feeling and then find out solution together. It is not right to say student just have to be filled with care, we have process some appropriated skills, management can be more efficiency after appropriate skills. Teachers are like a mirror for student will learn. For example, teacher read and write English without mistakes, student will learn and reflect to their attitude too. That not means teacher can not make any mistakes, it is a management skill, we can start by doing good ourselves and student will eventually follow up. Teacher does not need to set too many rules for student, the rules can be proposed by students too. The class rules to students should be small and not many at a time. Teachers must also summarise, remove and modify the proposed rules by students and formulate the basic for implementation through discussion. Importantly have to let students understand the reasons these rules are made. By letting students understand the requirements students will only obey the rules. Teachers in the class have to communicate with every student more frequently, and requirements must be consistent. In the event double standards realised by students, it will lead students with puzzle mind which result to them not sure who to talk with. To summarise, a classroom management takes a lot of learning, and the work is challenging. To analyse whether the regular management of the classes are in place reflects the overall appearance of the class. Teachers keep an eye on it, finding problem and consistently update, this is the only way classroom management can be better.
