Most of my references, as cited in the sources list, were taken (and copied) with permission from Jouchi (Sophia) University. Throughout the ITTT course, the main suggestion for finding supplemental materials is to search through the school's resource library. There are obvious benefits to this: the staff may be able to direct you easily to what you are looking for, the materials can easily be photocopied (if that is an option), and the materials can be chosen as the need arises during the class. However, there is a whole other world of materials available on-line as well. Songs have a small amount of information and a high degree of superfluity; they make songs sound simple and this aid to understanding. If available or possible the possibilities of having a computer in the classroom are infinite. If there are no motivating factors present, learning becomes plain hard work. Behavioral problems in the classroom often, or always, seem to be linked to the lack of motivation (Lile).
