This unit showed two video lessons with two totally different outcomes.in the first lesson.in the first video the teacher was very brash and did not bother to build a personal bond with the students and so the students where not confident and did not participate properly.in the second video the teacher took time to learn each students name and build rapport and so the lesson was much better
