The first demonstration video is a perfect example of how not to teach. Teacher arrives and stars to teach immediately without giving any explanation. He was asking confusing questions. His attitude and way to talk was very negative and unclear. He actually did not engage student at all. The second demonstration is better. The introduction and the engage phase were performed correctly.
