In this lesson I have learned about the imporatance of a students speaking and writing skills. What stood out to me the most was the importance of writing, as the reading material said most teachers might focus more of their time and efforts refining and perfecting the fluency in speaking of their students but we should not overlook the importance of being able to write in the new language aswell. This is a very important form of communication and we should not shy away from teaching it because it might pose a lapse in outward communication within the classroom.
