Speaking and writing are important productive skills used for communication purposes. The most trouble I had with the quiz related to the Study phase. The second and third study phase options caused a bit of confusion. I appreciated the tips to encourage students to speak in class. These tips apply in any classroom, I believe. Fear of making a mistake and lack of confidence stood out as being applicable in any classroom setting.
