Like the receptive skills, teaching productive skills mainly involves creative ideas and class preparations to allow students the freedom to explore, as well as to express, the language output. At this stage, I think learners should be allowed, even encouraged, to make errors. This will allow them to correct themselves and build their confidence to produce the language.
