In this unit, I have learnt that timing is very important for a successful lesson plan. Also, my lesson plan should be flexible to suit the needs of my students and I should keep in mind the Engage, Study and Activate stages throughout my lesson plan. In addition, I am now aware that performing a self-assessment after my lessons will help me to become a better teacher. Finally, if I have knowledge of my strengths and weaknesses then I will be able to execute more effective lesson plans.
