Unit 17 covered equipment and teaching aids, their uses, advantages and disadvantages. Many of these teaching aids have been mentioned in previous units, but were not discussed in depth. Most of the unit focused on how they were effective and appropriate for the classroom as well as where problems could occur, and what to do to counter them. This helped to generate some ideas to create useful future lessons to engage a class. It also included many links to useful websites to use for or with the aids. The unit was shorter then average, but covered everything it needed to as well as providing useful resources for the future.
