The overall unit expressed what it means to be a good learner as well as good teacher. In detail, the chapter discussed the qualities that one would possess if he/she are counted as a good teacher or learner. In addition, the roles of a teacher were highlighted along with the essential need for each role. For example, teacher's often wear the hat of manager. In the role of manager, the teacher take control of the classroom or activity. They are able to control the flow of the lesson through delegating, engaging, probing, and time management. I feel that this chapter focused on the foundation of teaching quite nicely!
