In this unit I was shown two very different examples of a lesson in action. The first video showcased an unorganized and confusing lesson being delivered by an unprepared and unprofessional teacher. The second video demonstrated a well structured example of an ESA lesson, where the teacher had a good rapport with his students. In this unit I learned to spot the differences in an effective and ineffective lesson, and how to act professionally in the classroom.
