This unit discussed commonly used methods when organizing and instructing a class. It was an overview of the most effective methods used by teachers to efficiently lead a classroom. This unit gave examples of how to group students in a classroom setting. During this unit I got a better look at how to address different situations in class. It clearly laid out basic methods to maintaining a safe, exciting environment where students feel comfortable speaking and learning. Without this safe environment, students will not contribute to the lesson. In turn, students will not benefit from each lesson and progress in their studies.
