This unit serves as an introduction to the course, Teaching English to Young Learners. This unit defined the material that will be learned in the following five units of this course. The second will cover themes of teaching and learning. The third will cover elements of developing our own courses, such as test making and level placement. The fourth will cover material production for classes, while the fifth will cover strategies for uses those materials. Finally, the sixth will cover career development. Aside from this, we were introduced to some abbreviations and an introduction to what makes someone a \"young learner\".
