The unit covered lesson planning and provided guidance and examples on the principles of planning a lesson, organization and how to have a document to work from, to better regulate teaching and ensure enough time is provided for each phase. Something mentioned and I feel important is to have flexibility as opposed to rigid structure, to better allow for variety and balance. The teaching materials in this lesson were excellent, as they would offer students a fun way to learn, without the \"pressure\" of learning but at the same time would make them think about situations and open up the potential for wanting to learn more.
