The unit three is a lesson based on how to manage a class according to the behavior of each student. This unit teaches me that there are several ways to behave in a classroom and that seem to be less dominant in front of the students. The elements such as the eye contact, the voice and the gestures make it possible to establish a good rapport in the class. The classroom arrangement is also essential for a good atmosphere within students. This unit also teaches me that it is important to have a reasonable talk time,to minimize the time on board and most important to establish a good relationship between me and the students.
