The unit focused on how to teach vocabulary to students. It consisted of three sections - teaching vocabulary, introducing grammatical structures, and teaching language functions. Teachers identify which vocabulary item to teach depending on their class level. Grammar structions depends on whether students know forms and patterns, spoken and written form. Teaching language functions include many areas like inviting, agreeing and disagreeing and more. The teacher must know what to teach based on her classes need. If students are beginners, simple English vocabulary should first be taught to avoid overloading the students.
