Unit 20 is the final unit and it focuses on troubleshooting issues that could arrise in most classes. The chapter starts by talking about your first lessons when teaching a new class. It talks about new groups and existing groups. Then the lesson goes on to suggest you should use warmers, or activities that will motivate the students when beginning a class. After that it suggests ways that you can deal with teaching classes that consist of students at different levels. The chapter finishes up by talking about large classes, when it is appropriate to use the students native language and ow to deal with reluctant students.
