This unit provides a base knowledge of different in-class techniques to use when teaching within the Engage, Study and Activate formula. I learned there are many combinations of ESA learning to utilize, depending on the level of my students too. I will keep in mind these techniques when I lesson plan, keeping the learning objective for the lesson in mind to figure out the most effective way to teach that particular lesson. I learned there are many ways to engage the class, and it is most important to get the entire class participating and talking in the beginning, to ease and anxiety about speaking at the start of class.
