This unit emphasized the importance of lesson organization and preparedness. As the teacher, I must be fully prepared for every lesson having thought out and anticipated any possible problems and their solutions. Furthermore, lessons should have a chronological sequencing that makes transitions between topics easy and clear for students. My effectiveness as a teacher partially depends on my organization of lessons being sure they are logically ordered and concisely written. While planning is important, I also understand the flexibility required when working with students, especially when learning such difficult content.
