The classroom is a very important environment for teaching successfully. I understand the skill of organizing and managing the class, I agree that the class should be friendly, relaxed and orderly. I appreciate the concepts of eye contact and gestures. Both are very helpful in directing the class and for building rapport with the student. The different classroom options that were presented in this unit were helpful and will be considered depending on the class size. The different methods for grouping students were helpful to read about and will be considered when managing a class. Keeping it simple and positive.
