Today I have started the course \"Teaching English to young learners\". It gives a detailed description of course, such as acronyms used (BASELT, ELT, TESOL etc.). There is defined that young learner is a learner aged 5 to 13. I understand from the Unit that successful completion of it will enhance my professional prospects dramatically. That is why I actually claimed for it. A teacher with TEYL certificate may be employed in language school or center, state or private school or teach privately. Salary will differ dependingly on hours taught per week and many other factors, such as number of students in the group etc.
