Unit 20 deals with common problem situations in the classroom. As a teacher of many years I would be familiar with most of the problems in a classroom situation and would have had experience of dealing with them. The unit reinforced for me that each student whether in a new group, existing group, large group or small group has individual needs that must be taken into account when planning and delivering a lesson. The unit content has increased my confidence in the teaching of English by making me more aware of the many techniques available for use in the classroom. I look forward to being able to put them into practice.
