In unit 13, I learned about the advantages and disadvantages when using a course book in the classroom and what lesson materials should be considered to graps students interest in learning. This chapter states that over using a textbook can make a classroom lesson become predictable. Moreover, it shows the lack of a teachers? innovation in lesson planning. The appropriate textbook ought to be thoroughly research and efficient for specific teaching aims.
