This unit discussed ways to approach common problems teachers may face in class, first time teachers in particular. Common problems addressed by this unit were dealing with large classes, teaching large classrooms with students of varying levels and encouraging the practice of the English language during tasks in class versus using the student's native language. I learned some of the best ways to approach these common problems in the classroom with students. I feel one of the biggest ways avoid some of these issue is establishing rapport early and encouraging student driven classes and creating a safe place for errors.
