I learned the different roles of a teacher in the classroom, which include manager, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, model, and monitor. I learned what attributes contribute to someone being a good teacher and a good learner, as well as how my approach to teaching may vary depending on what age group with whom I am working, the individual learning process for my students, and which culture within which I am working. I learned about the levels of language learning from beginners to advanced, and I learned about the 6 levels of language learning presented by the Common European Framework.
