This unit was the most difficult so far to learn. It is important to use the correct tense of words so that the sentence makes sense. I learned that present simple can be used for a variety of reasons including habitual actions and newspaper headlines. Present continuous sentences is easier to recognize because it has to do with something happening currently or is developing at the time of the sentence. Present perfect focuses more on the past which includes past tense versions of words. Each type of tense is important to learn, and I will rely on games and activities to encourage my students to learn the correct way.
