These two video show me how the teacher affect the quality of the lesson, I think the teacher that in the second video is very good, because he created a rapport environment for the students, he gives clear instruction which the students are very easy to follow. And he made a lot of examples for them, also, he kept asking questions to the students, it did make everyone involve in the lesson, so everyone can learn, and the voice of the teacher is very loudly, clearly and confident. it is useful to make students pat attention. The second video prove that good teacher can always have good learners. I will learn from him.
