In the unit of teachers and learners, I have learned the importance of the roles the teacher can play in the classroom and how important it is to know how to change from one to another. It is also important to work on building good attributes to be able to follow through each role successfully without affecting the students' motivation. To be well prepared in each role will allow the teache to promote good characteristics in the learner. The unit also provides information on the factors of the learner that should be considered to be better prepared and meet the necessary requirements for better teaching and learning.
