This unit provides information and tips on professional development. In the supplemental section I really appreciate the reminder and reiteration to take interest in your student's interests. That is one of the things that has stuck out from the TEFL and CTEYL training. Try to bring their interests into the classroom as much as possible to keep the student's interest. Also, as an American, I have always wondered what a CV looks like from a non-American standpoint. We are taught resumes are short and concise, while the CV is a long and wordy documenting all of your life's achievements. It was great to have an example.
