Lesson planning is absolutely necessary in creating a good flow while teaching and for good organization in the classroom. It is completely necessary and really important for keeping records. I am noticing now, how helpful this is for me know. I seem to have a lot of repetitive classes, and if I keep my lesson plans that work, I have a record and I can use them over and over again. Also, I was surprised at how detailed the lesson plans should be, as i was not exactly trained at my current school, these plans and ideas will be so helpful for me in the future.
