I have learnt from this unit that it is vital to have some form of lesson planning when conducting a class. This may be in the form of notes, structured lesson plan, or logging details in a class book. The lesson plan will depend on my individual style however it is important to include more content early on to avoid any language problems that my arise or. The main functions of lesson planning will include the aims of the lesson, a working document to refer to during the lesson, and a record of each lesson for evaluation. It is also vital to think about lessons in a sequence form for greater flexibility and achieving greater overall aims.
