I found the area of the unit that discussed the basic principles of lesson planning and being organized. I've noticed from teachers I've had in the past that those you had were organized had the tendency to be more effective. Also the more engaging learning experiences I've had were when the teacher was flexible and open for adaptation for the needs of the class.
