I have learnt that lesson planning is essential to help the teacher stays on track of learner objectives, proactively plan and check equipment and supplies, anticipate challenges for teachers and students, keep a balance of content and activities, and stay within a reasonable timeframe for each task. Effective lesson planning will help the teacher to evaluate the efficacy of teaching method used so that the necessary adjustments can be made for future classes.
