The first lesson was not well-organized and clearly did not engage the students' interests. The teacher seemed abrupt and disinterested. The game he organized was not presented with any explanation. Therefore, the students were unsuccessful in its execution. Rather than realizing this, the teacher seemed to react with irritation. He simply gave up and moved on. The second lesson was engaging for both the students and the teacher. He presented all of the information in a clear, concise manner. The exercise where the students asked questions of one another allowed them to practice the key expressions. The second class was an excellent example of proper course technique.
