In this unit, two videos are used to demonstrate the difference between a well-planned and well-conducted class versus the other which is not quite as well-planned nor well-conducted. In the first video, the teacher did not make an effort to get to know the students' names. He was also unable to elicit the answers that he was looking for. In the second video, the teacher was more prepared and was able to help the students understand the language being taught by miming and prompting for the right answers.
