The two videos offered contrasting classroom experiences to draw out the importance of the teaching techniques taught in the previous units (specifically the ones focussed on teaching.) The first video was of a teacher making mistakes and using poor techniques: being critical, negative, unprepared, explaining himself poorly, and the students responding with reluctance, confusion and misunderstanding. In the second video we can see in real time how the teacher's attitude, demeanor, adherence to ESA technique, intentionality of method all bring out a more positive, thorough, and successful learning experience for the students.
